📌 Present tense – Regular verbs
Example: werken (to work)
Ik werk – I work
Jij werkt – You work
Hij/Zij werkt – He/She works
আমি কাজ করি – তুমি কাজ কর – সে কাজ করে
📌 Gender of nouns: de & het
de for common nouns (de man, de vrouw)
het for neuter nouns (het huis, het kind)
de = সাধারণ বস্তু বা মানুষ | het = নিরপেক্ষ বস্তু
Pronunciation Guide
- g = হ (harsh throat sound) — e.g., goed /ɣut/
- j = ই-য়ের মতো — e.g., ja = ইয়া
- ui = অউই (mouth tight) — e.g., huis = হাউইস

🔹 Forming the Perfect Tense
Use hebben/zijn + past participle.
Example: Ik heb gegeten. (I have eaten)

🔹 Modal verbs + infinitive
Ik wil slapen. – I want to sleep
Hij moet werken. – He must work
